This team serves as advisors to our senior leadership team and is committed to ending systemic racism. We also have an JEDI Scholarship Program that has provided college students from underrepresented groups with $180,000 of tuition support since 2018. These efforts are just a small representation of our efforts to create a firm culture that is more equitable, diverse and inclusive.
