Thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Soar. After 2 years working as a CRM executive I feel like my knowledge of not just that specific channel but the DTC industry as a whole has grown exponentially. The real perk in my eyes of this job is the exposure you get to rapidly scaling ecom brands with the freedom to implement any growth strategies (within reason) that you think will help them grow. For anyone looking to break into the industry or to take their career in DTC to the next level I couldn’t think of a better place to work. They’ve built an amazing culture with a highly growth focussed team who’re all dedicated to helping each other grow & then from that helping ecom brands scale. In the company, there’s a real feeling of meritocracy where your ideas will be genuinely heard out even if you were the newest member of the team. Specific shoutouts have to go to Jacob (head of CRM) for building an incredible department & to the rest of the retention/CRM team who were a pleasure to work with. Overall as mentioned before, for anyone looking to grow personally and build a career in DTC/marketing then I couldn’t recommend Soar anymore highly!Cons
