Pros

There's a lot of camaraderie among coworkers, including on matters of taking over shifts for others when schedule conflicts arise. Flexible scheduling in general is a plus.

Cons

When selling tickets to shows, older patrons can sometimes be impatient and/or confused about how to use the website to buy tickets, which can result in some unpleasant interactions if they've, for example, bought overpriced tickets from a third party and not received the tickets.
