Pros
I really enjoyed working with Wintrode center in my last year at SDSU. My supervisors were very understanding and supportive. Working on campus has its own benefits. The supervisors are well aware of your academic responsibilities and keeps those in mind when assigning duties and setting deadlines or expectations. The pay was pretty good and comfortable to other jobs on campus.Cons
The only con was related to the job more than the employer. You need to learn how to balance work and life. The preparation time before tutoring could take very long if you don’t manage your time properly.
