Employees seem to be trusted, respected and valued. I've never felt like my ideas, questions or input to a problem were unwanted. There is no micro managing that I have seen. All of this leads employees to feel valued in all aspects of their work.Cons
I get very little feedback on what I can do to improve. The organizational structure feels complicated and confusing at times. They are still learning how to manage the recent large growth.
