Pros

It is remote and the recruiters are really engaging and nice

Cons

You do all the hiring process with interviews and assessments. They make you a final offer but you don't get an actual job. The excuse is that their Marketing campaign is not working so they cut the hours or don't get clients. If you are working in the team you see that they are hiring new people with double your salary but nothing change for you.
