- Generally a lovely culture to work in - People are motivated and committed to the company - The CEO is inspiring and really believes the vision - Have learnt a huge amount here - Well paid - Very flexible and staff are trusted to get their work done - Given the autonomy needed to do a good job and feel satisfied - Managers tend to be quite good quality and there is next to no sign of toxic behaviour in engineering - I believe the ELT are genuinely committed to their own vision and making Spendesk, not just a successful company, but also a place everyone can enjoy working atCons
