In May 2022, our leadership team held 17 listening sessions involving 294 employees, achieving a participation rate of 60%. These sessions were confidential and included team members from all levels. Additionally, an expanded engagement survey was conducted in May, addressing team member health and aspects of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with an 82% employee participation rate. These efforts, combined with a thorough analysis of our workforce composition and benchmarking, underpin our DEI strategy.
