At StarCompliance, we understand the importance of exploring all the possible career opportunities available to you upon graduation. In response, we’ve created the Leadership Development Program (LDP) to give new graduates the flexibility to do just that within the ever-expanding Star walls.
LDP candidates begin their tenure at Star in either Client Success or Technical Services. Working side by side with members of the Rockville office, they learn the intricacies of the company's products, interface with clients to learn about the business and the market Star serves, and prepare for a seamless transfer at the end of the two-year cycle to the department that best suits their passions and talents.
Candidates who begin in Client Success have the opportunity to pursue roles in Sales, Professional Services, Relationship Management, and Product Management. Those with technical degrees have the opportunity to pursue roles in Technical Services, Technical Engineering, or Software Development.
