Fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pros

I’ve been with StashAway for over 2 years now and having worked across both corporate and start-up/scale up environments, the environment here is ripe for growth. You have to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and performance is key. The company is in scale-up mode and the industry is extremely competitive. Hence you have to be prepared to adapt and embrace change - this applies to roles and responsibilities as well. On the flip side, this dynamism offers immense opportunities for growth. There is also a level of transparency about the business that I appreciate. And the CEO’s openness is really refreshing. The business does place an emphasis on development. It’s the right place for you if are self-directed and motivated to learn and grow, with a strong emphasis on taking ownership of your own development. Pros: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with plenty of room for growth CEO is incredibly transparent and open with employees Strong emphasis on professional development and learning opportunities

Cons

Cons: Can be challenging for those who prefer more structured, stable roles Open communication style may not be for everyone Requires a high degree of self-direction and initiative
