Stellar Elements is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. These initiatives stand upon our three core pillars of inclusion and belonging, corporate responsibility, and equity and balance. We currently have six Employee Network Groups (ENGs) that meet regularly with three primary focal points:

1. To create a sense of belonging for individuals of underrepresented groups to share experiences and resources
2. To share information with the organization to raise awareness and educate the workforce
3. To impact the community by sponsoring events and getting involved in outreach campaigns that give back to the community within a certain domain of focus

Our six ENGs are:

• Encuentro (Latino ENG)
• StellarQueers (LGBTQ ENG)
• Parents ENG
• The Culture (African-American ENG)
• LoAPAC (Asian-American & Pacific Islander ENG).
