Pros

Fantastic operations team, they truly care about closings happening on time. Every dept has key players with extensive experience and expertise - which means my client files are handled quickly and efficiently. One thin layer of upper management means my rates/comp is sharp without unnecessary layers of management with overrides.

Cons

Not licensed in all states, but I/Summit was licensed in the states where I do all my business.
