The Philippines
We have two offices in the Philippines: The Sanctum, our newest office in Metro Manila, and The Hideout in Clark. Combined they offer about 950 seats.

Launched in late 2021, our remote initiative has been growing. From the United States to the Philippines, you can find a Ninja.

Our new SupportNinja headquarters and office is located in Dallas, TX. It has approximately 17,000 sq. ft. or 1500 sq. meters of space and 128 seats for onsite Ninjas.
