I love my job. This company truly cares about it's people. There are a lot of surveys that ask for feedback because they genuinely care about what it's employees think. The teamwork here is unreal especially because we're remote. Everyone just works together really well. Lots of promotions regularly.Cons
If you have a family, the benefits are expensive (If it's just you on the insurance, it's under $100 per month which seems good). Communication from the top could be improved.
