Pros
- Great co-workers and CEO. The company is made of brilliant minds on climate change and carbon accounting, highly invested in proposing credible solutions. You can learn a lot from everyone and people are really open-minded. - It is a great place to learn and develop new abilities, especially when it comes to carbon accounting and different standards regarding sustainability. - Innovative place with a fast changing environment, which can be bad or good depending on how you feel about itCons
- Micromanagement is structured in the company. Too many meetings for team updates every week and excessive time tracking required for all employees, which does not feel like it is meant for planning and organization only. - No job security. For the time I joined, the company started to scale back in terms of revenue, and in a period of less than 3 months what it seemed like a successful well funded start-up became an unstable environment, with a lot of people getting fired.
