Pros

Suzy is absolutely an Employee forward company. The community as a whole understands that hard work and dedication deserve just rewards. Suzy fulfills.

After 2 months with the company, I have seen no 'Cons' of working here.

Suzy's Diversity & Inclusion Commitments

  • Make a specific, measurable commitment to improving the representation or underrepresented groups at all levels of Suzy staffing, especially Senior and Leadership positions. Suzy's goal is to be in the top 25% quartile of companies in diversity.

  • Track workforce diversity data on an annual basis to create accountability for the company and our industry.

  • Audit Suzy policies and culture to ensure the environment we work in is more equitable and inclusive to a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Provide extensive bias/inclusion/diversity training to the People Department, and all levels of management, and all employees.

  • Extend Suzy outreach to a more diverse representation of colleges and universities.

  • Expand residencies and internship programs to candidates with transferable skills who may not have taken a traditional educational path toward technology.
  • Invest in management and leadership training, as well as mentorship, sponsorship, and other career development programs for people of color at Suzy.

  • Require all leaders to be active participants in company Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and tie success in those initiatives to bonus compensation.

  • Create a Diversity & Inclusion committee made up of Black and NBPOC employees to help shape diversity & inclusion policy and monitor its progress and eventually develop employee resource groups.
  • Establish a diversity review panel to stem the spread of stereotypes in market research.

  • Introduce a wage equity plan to ensure that people from underrepresented groups are being compensated fairly.
