Pros

* Everybody just loves to engage and collaborate together and it feels like a family almost * Many super talented and smart workers with strong promise to success. * Despite hard working, the fun is so strong it doesn't feel like your are working almost. It's amazing how there is such a win-win in both worlds! * Generous and genuine people who will be straight forward with you and compensate you well. * They are very open and appreciative of what you do, if you have a project or ideas in mind they will listen! * The work is gonna challenge you and help you develop for sure

Cons

* Things can get somewhat messy and disorganized, but they are aware and acknowledging of this, and are taking strides to improve this area. This is also somewhat to be expect when work is remote.
