- Our consultants support recruitment which has led to amazing team members, strong culture, and high retention - Everyone participates in business development which enables us to work on projects we WANT to be on - Leaders that put their people first; a CEO that listens and proactively improves employee experience - Better pay and benefits than most consulting firms with more transparency/equality than I've ever seen. - This isn't your typical 9 to 5... you are truly running a business and need to put in the extra effort at times - We are small but growing and with that can come growing pains like adopting new HRIT and internal systems to be more efficient
