Treating everybody equally. Inclusion defines how your workforce feels. To provide equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized – such as those with physical or mental disabilities and members of other minority groups.

Network and Initiative Groups

Our parent company, IG, provides our employees with a number of network and initiative groups to enable action, support, and connections with other people.

• Inspire Women's Network: This group was created with a specific goal in mind – to offer support and encouragement to our female employees and provide them with a platform to help them develop and succeed in their careers
• PACT Parents and Carers Together: PACT is a place to bring all parents and carers together. We aim to create a truly global network of parents and carers, inclusive of anyone with caring responsibilities regardless of location, gender, and sexual orientation
• Open: The goal of Open is to support the specific needs of employees who identify themselves as LGBTQIA and to provide an open forum where people can network, exchange experiences, and speak comfortably about any matter
• Black Network: The network connects and provides guidance to black employees on a global scale. In doing this, we're able to acknowledge the hurdles that black employees often experience in the workplace, which gives us the ability to facilitate an open atmosphere for learning
• Technology Diversity & Inclusion Team: IG and the Technology function have explicit goals around nurturing our talent, cultivating an inclusive culture, and attracting a diverse workforce while setting them up for success
• Community Fund: The Community Fund is IG’s way of supporting our employees to help the causes they care most about. The fund can make a real difference to the charities, projects, and community organizations that mean the most to people at IG. This is part of G’s Brighter Future initiative.
