Teaching Lab is a transformative non-profit with brilliant, kind & diverse colleagues. If you were to join, you'd find whip-smart individuals with extensive experience & education who could work in any sector (for more money) but have chosen to dedicate their lives to being radically responsive to states, districts, schools & teachers to improve educational outcomes of students. It's really an honor working alongside such individuals. In addition, Teaching Lab offers the following: *Equitable & Competitive Compensation Packages *Good Work-Life Balance *Executive Team with Integrity *Commitment to Anti-RacismCons
Some small pockets of the organization haven't kept up with the level at which the company has grown & matured. This occasionally results some staff holding a larger share of the workload & accountability than others.
