It is refreshingly good to see a company that goes above and beyond to involve their employees in every aspect of how the company works: opening up about profit, sharing it in the most transparent way as a bonus, among other very impressive strategies every company serious about their employees should apply. I have worked in "open" companies in my recent past, Techie Talent is on another level.Cons
Not that it is really a downside, and there is work already planned to tackle this, but their offices can be better. Reflecting the company spirit in a common workplace to be able to generate synergy and have mindful breaks with a playroom area or even nap pods or quiet zones, would greatly improve the already great company.
