Pros

Teikametrics believes in rewarding it's top performing employees, so those who hit goals will be treated well. Lots of smart and passionate people who all have an interest in the success of Teikametrics. The executive suite underwent changes over the last 6 months which has led to an improved product offering and growth trajectory for the company. Pay is fair for the most part with remote work and unlimited PTO. Other dental/medical benefits are good as well.

Cons

Not much culture to speak of. Unfortunately there is minimal effort from management to develop a culture since going fully remote.
