Global Development Programs
At Teneo, we are focused on putting our people at the center of our business. As part of this commitment, we have launched two global development programs. Teneo's Global Mobility Program enables us to invest further in our colleagues’ career development and transfer key capabilities across geographies. Additionally, the Global Leadership Development Program is our annual flagship program providing our emerging leaders with essential training to support skill development and career growth.
Internship Program
Teneo’s internship program includes a range of tasks, from qualitative research, to detailed quantitative analysis and writing client presentations. Throughout the program, interns are guided by an experienced team who provide hands-on learning opportunities, as well as structured training. Each intern is supported by a robust induction program, and continuous improvement is supported by mentors who take an active role in developing each intern's skillset.
Lunch and Learn Sessions
Teneo hosts regular in-person and virtual lunch and learn events for employees across the globe to provide co-workers from different teams the opportunity to meet and share their skills and expertise. Lunch and learns offer a sociable and collaborative way of learning, which fosters a knowledge sharing culture within Teneo.
Learning Areas
The Teneo Learning Program provides development opportunities in the most relevant business and professional skills areas to enable our people to perform at their best and advance their professional goals. Our goal is to foster a growth mindset culture and a shared organizational commitment for continued learning.
