Equity, diversity and inclusion are our top business priority. In 2020, we asked our team members to tell us about their identities, as well as their experiences working here. What we learned was important; we pinpointed an opportunity to strengthen our racial and gender identity representation, foster greater inclusivity in decision-making, and better reward and recognize people for working inclusively.
