Pros
There are clear expectations. You come in, you do what you need to do for the day and then you can go home. Just stay on top of everything.Cons
If you don't like to work events, then this job might not be for you. Clients have conferences, it is part of the job. The boss also gets more hate than she deserves. Do your job and it's fine.
