As with anywhere, people's experiences vary widely depending on who their managers are. HALO's core values of commitment and loyalty are demonstrated across the board and permeate every part of the organisation. The value it places on staff wellbeing and positive management practices are less well defined, though, and so the emphasis placed on those things varies considerably across the organisation.
