Better work, better world.
Pros
The Predictive Index practices what the preach and has a great culture.Cons
No cons beyond what can be expected with a fast-growing organization forging a new path,We are stronger when we celebrate our differences, learn from our mistakes, strive to do better, and live by the words Better Work, Better World. Yet, Better Work doesn’t happen on its own. It takes mindset, self-awareness, and the desire and drive to change. And that change starts with a movement: Change@Work.
In 2020, PI launched Change@Work, a program any organization can use to help forge its own change. It’s built around three core tenets: inclusion, transparency, and employee-led action.
Change is achieved when small choices create big impact. At the Predictive Index, “Better Work, Better World” is our driver. Our path there begins with daily growth and incremental shifts in our own thinking.
Change can only be achieved through learning opportunities that make a lasting impact on how we support, advocate, and create a space of belonging together.
Employee Resource Groups:
In 2022, PI launched a formal ERG program with 2 previously informal ERGs (Queer@PI and Women in Engineering) as our piloted groups, with the official Executive Sponsors and Leads. Women in Engineering expanded to Women in Tech, an inclusive space for women and non-binary individuals in technical roles to gather, celebrate, and support gender diversity in male-dominated technical fields. Queer@PI is a safe space for LGBTQIA employees while raising awareness of the societal issues that the community faces through open dialogue. The ERG fosters inclusion for everyone at the company, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Cousins formed in late 2022 as our third formal ERG, a safe space for people, who embrace being black as part of their identity. It creates an opportunity for those members to gather and create a sense of community that is empowering, fun, and authentic.
