Pros

Wonderful people working in the digital side of the business including design, data, research, product, advertising. Amazing access to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, talks, events, training, which brilliantly offset the frequent slanted journalism and morally/ethically problematic political agendas coming from the editorial half of the organisation.

Cons

Leadership's UX maturity is a rollercoaster with continuous department redundancies and relaunches in the UX spaces over its long history and company relationship with UX. On the ground level it is/was far more appreciated and bourgeoning both in digital and editorial.
