Employee Resource Groups
Thirty Madison has 7 official Employee Resource Groups which are employee led and run affinity groups that contribute to an inclusive workplace and greater sense of belonging. At Thirty Madison, ERGs play a critical role in influencing our culture, building community, and promoting education and exposure for underrepresented groups. Every ERG is open to employees at all levels and has an executive sponsor from the senior leadership team. With ERG support, we’re enhancing our ability to support the diverse needs of our team members and our patients.
DEIB Committee
Thirty Madison’s DEIB committee is a small group of employees from all departments of the organization that help explain, promote, and push forward our DEIB mission. Members serve on the committee from 6 months - 1 year and participate in one of three subcommittees supporting DEIB initiatives across the company. DEIB committee members are culture carriers at Thirty Madison and exemplify our values and DEIB mission.
