Positive outlook

Pros

I love working at Thrive because everyone is friendly, nice and it’s clear leadership cares about feedback. My boss allows me to bring new ideas to the table and I’ve learned a lot from her. The products are really good and there are a lot of opportunities in the office to get to know coworkers outside of the usual day to day. The mission is center to everything the company does and we give to so many different charities.

Cons

It can be hard to prioritize with so many different projects.
