Diversity is celebrated at Thrive as we believe it makes us a better company. Our hope is that each associate feels welcomed, respected, and appreciated for their unique contributions. From our hiring practices, performance reviews, raise decisions, and opportunities for promotions, Thrive follows consistent and fair practices.

Our initiatives to ensure our purpose is upheld:

  • GROW Program - The GROW Program is a rotational program for our onsite associates to explore multiple home office departments, learn from leaders, and showcase their skills for upcoming opportunities.
  • Thrive Certified Position Program - Is designed to be a free program for our associates to complete and differentiate themselves from their peers when they've demonstrated their expertise and readiness for promotion.
  • HR Advisory Council - This council is made up of associates that bring a wealth of diverse perspectives, including varying positions, races, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, veteran statuses, ages, and neurodivergent experiences. These council members have a seat at the decision making table for company-wide initiatives and provide their perspectives to share how decisions may impact our associates before being rolled out.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys - Thrive listens to their associates. Leadership is responsible for responding to associate feedback and setting actionable goals to improve their employee's experience.
  • Volunteer Committee - Thrive has a volunteer committee that partners with local community groups to put on donation drives and volunteer experiences to give back. Our associates recieve one paid day per year to use to volunteer to these causes or any others they care about.
  • Thrive BlogOur associates and their diversity is what makes Thrive a great place to work. We celebrate that diversity in our blog, check it out to see why they love working for Thrive!
