Our thriving Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) make sure the diverse communities within our Tinder community are seen and heard. Each group celebrates culture, builds a safe space for members, educates allies, impacts important company initiatives like recruiting & product, and serves their external community.

Programs + Initiatives 

Additionally, we offer a wide range of programming for both the Leadership team and our entire workforce. This includes unconscious bias and anti-racism training as well as inclusive performance management and hiring practices. In the US, we also host cultural awareness events for Black History Month, Latinx Heritage Month, National Coming Out Day, and Trans Awareness Week among others.

Swipe Right for Summer 🔥

Tinderships bring students and recent graduates in on the work we do at Tinder in a hands-on and productive way. You won’t be fetching anybody coffee—you’ll be fetching real solutions on real projects. During the program, you’ll code, analyze data, develop new product features, create marketing campaigns or be otherwise engaged in a meaningful way to hone your skills in your respective discipline. You’ll have an opportunity to work closely with your team on exciting projects with real deadlines. This could be the summer that changes your life.

End of Summer Hackathon 🔥

Our Tindership program culminates in our infamous end-of-summer Hackathon event, where you’ll have a chance to show off your creativity, tech skills and business sense. The winners received a cash award as well as an opportunity to participate in the implementation of their idea into the app. We don’t just claim to offer “real world” experience—we mean it.
