I have been in the workforce for 20 years and I have never loved a job as much as I enjoy working at TLC Associates. TLC matches it's challenging and fast-paced work environment with an employee-centric company culture, with nice facilities, plenty of break times during your shift, fun events and prizes, incentives for a job well done, and more. TLC also emphasizes a promote-from-within mentality and actively encourages even the most entry-level agents to grow up in the company, and presents plenty of opportunities to do so. I value my position at TLC a great deal, and have enjoyed getting to know all of my coworkers!Cons
The main challenge here and at other similar companies is that a call center depends on third party vendor contracts and agreements. Basically meaning schedules and pay rates are subject to change at any time, requiring a reasonable amount of flexibility from any given employee.
