Pros

Was able to get some decent work live. The people outside of management are really hard working and great to be around.

Cons

The leadership is very disconnected from the realities of people on the ground doing the work but still make big top down decisions which leads to lots of pivoting and blocking projects. It's very much a sales company disguised as a tech one, I wouldn't recommend if you want to work somewhere where product process is valued. Leadership is also very inexperienced and male heavy, it felt quite school like.
