As a B Corp, Too Good To Go prioritizes fair wages, a healthy environment, and high working standards, aiming to be a benchmark organization for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our 4 pillars:

• Awareness: establish the right level of knowledge, understanding, and transparency in the company.
• Representation: ensure a diverse, inclusive and equitable representation of employees across all levels. Communicate around our strategy internally and externally.
• Education: train and educate all of our people on the core considerations of excellent DE&I practices. 
• Leadership: ensure our leaders put DE&I into their daily leadership communications and proactively seeks to role model and focus on DE&I in leadership action.

We have four Employee Resource Groups (Women in Leadership, P.R.I.D.E., and Global Majority Voices) which are open to people who identify as a member of the affinity group and allies. 

Each year, we build a DE&I Task Force of local representatives from each market to understand local needs.
