We pledge to create a community centered around trust, respect, tolerance and empathy. Together, we’re better.
Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Every day we are welcoming new staff to our organization that share our values and have a passion to make our organization better. We are creating more paths for diverse team members to build their careers with us. We are serving more diverse communities through our partnership with 17 different state Medicaid programs.
We don’t have all the answers, and we know there is much more work to be done. But we are proud of the steps our team has taken to begin the journey. And it is a journey. One that will take time, resources and a willingness to endure. But we are optimistic, energized, and above all, committed, about the potential of what’s to come.
Future Leaders Diversity Cohort
As part of our commitment to providing advancement opportunities in our organization for typically underrepresented populations, we launched tuition assistance and mentorship program aimed at increasing the number of Black BCBAs at LEARN—and across the ABA industry in general. To date, we have committed nearly $30K in assistance to nearly a dozen LEARN team members.
LEARNing from Each Other
With support of senior leadership, team members from across our organization meet monthly in different forums to discuss salient topics, provide feedback to senior leadership support, and support each other. We provide a plethora of resources to our team through our internal Diversity portal, support local affinity groups and bring a conscious to our organization.
Women in ABA
Since its founding, LEARN has supported the Women in ABA (WIBA) conference by providing nearly 100 scholarships for team members to attend this seminal industry event. Find out more.
