Trace3 Treasures Our Troops
Trace3 is a military-friendly organization with team members that include current service members and veterans from all military branches. As an extension of the Trace3xperience Program and in connection with Trace3 Cares, Trace3 has partnered with Hiring Our Heroes. Hiring Our Heroes is a nonprofit, nationwide initiative to help veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses find meaningful employment opportunities. In becoming a Host Company, Trace3 offers year-round opportunities for Hired Our Heroes Fellows.
Here at Trace3, we believe that the collective pursuit of supporting the employment of veterans, military spouses, caregivers, and others in the community promotes a more sustainable military. Throughout the month of July, and as part of our Trace3xperience Program, POH will be rolling out a special campaign called Trace3 Treasures Our Troops. This campaign will bring education, awareness, and support to the efforts Trace3 is making to support our military and help transitioning military members find employment. Our first goal with this campaign is to bring awareness to the partnership we have with Hiring Our Heroes (HOH). We started our partnership with HOH in January 2021. The HOH Fellowship Program offers Trace3 the opportunity to help veterans, transitioning service members, caregivers, and military spouses gain valuable experience as they enter the civilian workforce. Each HOH fellowship lasts about 12-weeks, six weeks for Spouses/Caregivers, and is a year-round program we support. In June, we kicked off our second cohort of the year. POH’s goal for 2022 is to support 2-4 HOH fellows by providing a Trace3 Fellowship.
