A great stepping stone
Pros
I just hit my 6 month mark at Trade Republic, and I have been enjoying it so far. I work in a great team with really smart colleagues, which gives me a chance to learn a lot. The tech stack is extensive and challenges you to take initiative and learn, which is great. The salaries are above average, benefits are not so great in my opinion. My team is flexible about coming to the office, this can be different per team. There is a chance to work anywhere in the world, for a limited time of course but still great.Cons
No lunch or canteen at the office, results in us spending more on lunch as the office is located in a central area. Some colleagues can be subtly aggressive, but I guess that's more of a them problem.
