There are so many reasons not to work here. I have never seen a place so toxic, where no one takes any responsibility, where the management is so incompetent. Some teams are redirecting their own work to other teams under the name of "help". In some special cases, of course, it is acceptable, but this has been going on for months. No one is doing their job properly. Managers exert pressure to do work that is not included in the labor contract or in daily job responsibilities. There is too much arrogance and condescension between teams. Compliance and finance teams think they are the rulers of the world. Many people work as “manager”without even the slightest knowledge of what professional life means. There are no additional benefits, not even Multisport, which is provided by every company in Poland. They offer the option to work completely remotely and do not even provide office equipment. The budget for desk and chair is entirely yours. Development and promotion within the company is impossible. You work in the same position for years without any additional benefits. If you want to continue working among toxic people without any career development, this is the place for you. Unless you need urgent work, I don't recommend it.TransferGo Awards & Accolades
