The company focuses on a niche area that has an increasingly higher social impact, with advanced robotics technology and solution. It is still in its early-stage days, and hence there are plenty of room for both the company and employees to grow. The people working at the company are genuine, intelligent and capable people, and even with ups and downs given its startup nature, the environment is overall collaborative and supportive. Great for people who have a growth mindset and want to venture out of their comfort zone, and help building something unique and creative.Cons
The company is still at its early-stage days, and it comes with ambiguities and uncertainties. On a given day what one might work on could change based on the needs, and one needs to adapt quickly. The career path is also much less clear at such a small startup. The work hours is not standard 9-5, and at times evenings and weekend overtimes are needed to deliver.
