Pros
I've been working for Triage for about a year now. They're a tremendous company who try to do right by their employees. Having worked for a company previously that tried to create a culture and an atmosphere like what Triage has actually pulled off, I can say that this company is the real deal.Cons
This is a company that can broadly be divided into Sales (Recruiters) and Support staff. Put simply, Recruiters make the money and so tend to have a pretty loose leash. I've personally never had a bad experience, but have heard of incidents of recruiters being unpleasant to support staff and not have much in the way of consequences. I think Triage is better about this than other companies in a similar situation (I've worked in logistics before, and there Sales could have gotten away with murder), but it's an issue all the same. Beyond that, I'd like to see more regular incentives for Support, but again, the current situation is not bad compared to other places I've worked.Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Inc.
