Pros
Company looks inviting, Inclusive and full of passion and a great place to work, Trinny looks hands on and products look amazing. Pay is high in comparison to other comparable jobs on the market and the job looks enjoyable and luxuriousCons
The company is abysmal! Trinny is barely around, Your told specifically to not reach out to her, Nor Speak to her unless spoken to first, The company hired me on a Full Time Permanent Verbal Contract with an immediate start requiring me to have flexibility and availability at all times to the brand, Upon starting with the brand the advertised job was clearly incorrect, The hours were barely part time and I was told I was a “freelancer” despite me applying to a full time position, being interviewed for a fulltime position and being offered a fulltime position. They give you the kit but then police how quickly you go through the products, When questioned about the security of our job they shut you up with the right phrases only to fire you and the rest of your team because their brand isn’t performing at the level they wanted. I put a lot of effort into making this brand successful and got no credit nor nothing to show for it, I fought tooth and nail for months to get liveable wages- only to never get them, This company uses and abuses it’s staff and throws you out when they’re done with you. Trinny was also hideously rude to myself and my wider team during the New York popup, Worked us to the bone and put us up in a dodgy Airbnb in a dodgy pet of the city, 16 hours a day for almost 3 weeks and then fired on return home.
