Pros

Our product evolution has been nothing short of incredible! Not always easy, but we’re in the best position we have ever been in. With Sri leading our product org, things have gone from great to greater :) It has been very rewarding hearing directly from our customers how much savings and value our product is bringing them.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as we’ve grown from a series a to b startup and became a saas company. I believe that the change will better position us for the future, but that isn’t how everyone responds to change as you’ll see in some reviews. People managed out will often say negative things and label it as a layoff.

Our vision for culture at Tropic is that you can be the person that you actually are at work. What you think of as your imperfections might be your greatest strength.

We really do our best to keep it real at Tropic. Everyone here has a voice. Every metric is shared with you. No one is judged. Mistakes are acknowledged. We take great care to explain why we do the things we do, and every employee has the ability to shape our future with their ideas.
