- startup culture. It's not your typical 9-to-5 grind – it's more like a daily adventure. It is challenging, but that's what keeps it interesting. - great energy of everyone who works here - flexible working arrangements. 100% remote options - middle and senior management is of highest professionalism, class and knowledge. - benefits - management team trust in the best qualities of the employees - a lot of freedom to do what is good and right - place for hardworking, motivated and friendly employees. Others can't really survive here for long. This is not a place to flounder but to be the best you can be - diverse group of very talented and smart people

Cons

This is a very good place. After over 3 years being here, I can't see/find anything that may be problematic with either the culture, the people, the management, or finding a lot of interesting work.
