An amazing place to work - they stick to their ethics, great work/life balance, work flexibility, working alongside wonderfully dedicated and talented people. Oh, and everyone loves animals!

Cons

As it grows, there's the concern it'll turn into another faceless corporation - they've already started to hire external consultants, so the wheels are sadly in motion.
