2022 Equity Report: In 2022, we increased our company by 6.7%, hiring 728 new employees. The diversity of new employees entering the company is increasing year-over-year, especially within the Black and Hispanic/Latinx communities where we have experienced growth rates above 20% since 2019. There is opportunity to grow representation of women across all ethnicities.

Turner School of Construction Management: Turner offers a free program designed to prepare diverse, women-owned, veteran/disabled, LGBTQ, and small business contractors for future business opportunities. This intensive education program has been uniquely designed for firms to improve their economic viability by enhancing their managerial, technical and administrative skills. It also allows these firms to develop strategic business relationships throughout the industry.
