Pros

Positive culture focused on delivering a high-quality product and user experience. The work is challenging (in a good way) and the company respects time-off like weekends, holidays, vacations. Really great mentorship and encouragement of professional growth.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get to know your colleagues on a deeper level being fully remote. But the company does try to have in-person get togethers and offsite events occasionally throughout the year.
