We welcome new joiners every week, and I enjoy greeting them with a smile and positive energy, just as I was greeted on my first day. I understand that perception can vary greatly from person to person. In my case, Ukio has provided me with a beautiful office in the heart of the city, professional challenges and opportunities for growth, and a supportive and respectful manager who genuinely cares about my development. She's definitely someone I admire. For the most part, I've been treated with respect. When I've needed to express disagreement, I've found openness and assertiveness, which are essential qualities in a workplace. The founders do their best to stay connected with all the teams, whenever their schedules permit. I've witnessed their genuine concern for the company's success and their commitment to every single Ukio team member. I'm incredibly grateful for this workplace, which has provided me with great professional growth and wonderful, talented, and kind colleagues who I now consider friends.
