Pros
Kind & supportive staff and interns. The place that can express some ur creativity n solutions but if shows too much will be taken advantage of. Most of the workers here are interns. *sigh.Cons
Cheap labour: Misusage interns with low salaries to finish mostly company work and lack of knowledge guidance (not a normal company for the intern (and staff)]. Being given works out of the department's scope that lacks staff until the main work scope is delayed. Even there intern to handle 3 department's scopes. Narcissist Boss: Misuses the intern to serve his ego to make the intern follow his words. Illogical decision-making (deadline, tasks etc) that relied on the ego more than seeking common sense situation's solution which is troublesome to others. Gaslighting is also included. Micromanagement: Meeting always almost every day without a clear agenda and uncontrolled and disturbing people's work. Often disturb interns out of work office hours and even at weekends and are urged by the boss to reply it even not important. Mental health will be drained when working here to deal with and think the common sense of the situation. The low salary amount and the mental health issues coming from this company are not worth working with.
