Start-up environment, with guidance but also lots of growth opportunities both personally and professionally. You are part of something greater than you, which is contributing to helping others find great opportunities to work in interesting projects from the comfort of your home.

Cons

The only con I can think about is that my coworkers and I are physically separated!
